Discover Milford NH History and Revive Recovery
Revive Located in Milford, NH
Nestled along the banks of the beautiful Souhegan River, Milford is one of southern New Hampshire's most historic and welcoming communities.
Originally part of Amherst, Milford was incorporated in 1794 and earned its name from the "Mill Ford" that crossed the river, where early mills helped shape the town's economy and identity. Over time, Milford became known as the "Granite Town," with local granite helping build landmarks throughout the Northeast. Today, Milford blends small-town charm, natural beauty, and a strong sense of community.
Revive Recovery is proud to serve the Milford community by providing peer-based recovery support services for individuals and families affected by substance use disorder.
As a nonprofit Recovery Community Organization, Revive Recovery offers a welcoming environment where people can access recovery coaching, support groups, wellness activities, community resources, and connections to recovery pathways that honor each person's unique journey.
Our mission is to open doors and open minds while supporting the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of those we serve. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, a loved one, or simply looking for community, Revive Recovery Milford is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
